Westlake Contracting are a logging operation that specializes in micro-harvesting and commercial thinning based out of B.C Canada, started by aerial daredevil Jordie Wiens. They run a Kesla 16RH processor head from Finland, one of the smallest heads on the market designed for wood up to 14", mounted on a Linkbelt 75. Jordie also uses an Alstor 8x8 mini forwarder from Sweden and is their Western Canadian dealer. This is part of a series where we visit logging operations around Canada to hear their stories.
