Is Ptera Still Good? - Beasts of Bermuda Pteranadon Gameplay

Ptera has been recently nerfed, so I decided to play it again and see if they've finally managed to balance it. Has it actually been fixed this time? Or will be decide months from now that it's still overtuned?
