We collect a lot of information. Very little of it turns into knowledge. In this film I walk through the personal knowledge management system I've built and refined over years: the Four Cs — Capture, Curate, Crunch, Contribute. It's a simple way of thinking about how information becomes useful: what you collect, how you sift it, how you turn it into understanding, and how you contribute what you've learned back into the world.
