"Can I Have You Just Turn It Off"

Today's installment brings me to the public sidewalk outside this Starbucks drive thru as I exercised my freedom to record what I could see & hear. I had a couple of points of contact while I was doing my recording. The first came from a woman who was at first waving to me through the window, then came outside. She asked if there was something on the wall. I told her there were bricks & the Starbucks logo. I asked how the pastry was she was snacking on & said it was good, then returned inside. Some time had passed as I continued to record the drive-thru activity when they decided to close the shades on the windows. I really couldn't see much inside as the windows seemed to have a tint to them, but they did what was needed to be done to create their privacy from my view. Some more time had passed when another woman came out to see what was going on. She asked if I could turn off the camera to chat with her. I let her know that I recorded my encounters with people. She then told me how my recording was making some of the customers feel uncomfortable. I let her know they weren't my customers, so their comfort level wasn't a real concern for me. She invited me to come inside if I wanted & when I asked if I could with the cameras on, she said she'd have to go check first. I didn't have any further contact with her, so that told me it was a no with the cameras on.
