Brioche Burger Buns | We made classic milk Brioche burger buns.

Today we made the Classic Brioche Burger Buns. Two different buns but the same recipe. A classic version and then a milk bun version. To try and taste the difference between what the effects of milk does to the taste and the recipe next to our classic flavors. After the bake we tasted both and our conclusion was that the classic version without milk was more to our liking then the milk version. This shows that even if you use the correct ratio's of ingredients with one slight change to the recipe the outcome can come quite close to the finished products.
