In this video, I build an Azure Databricks environment from scratch using Terraform. The goal of this project is to show how Infrastructure as Code can be used to set up a complete Databricks environment in Azure instead of creating and configuring everything manually through the Azure portal. I’ll walk through the Terraform structure, reusable modules, networking, Databricks workspace, compute cluster, and ADLS Gen2 storage and then deploy the infrastructure to Azure. What this project creates: • Azure Resource Group • Virtual Network and dedicated subnets • Network Security Groups and NAT Gateway • Azure Databricks Workspace with VNet injection • Databricks single-node compute cluster • ADLS Gen2 Storage • Azure RBAC configuration • Terraform outputs for accessing the deployed environment The Terraform code is organized into reusable modules, which makes the infrastructure easier to understand, maintain and extend. I’ll be sharing more hands-on projects around Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Kubernetes, Terraform and real-world infrastructure. #Azure #AzureDatabricks #Terraform #Databricks #DataEngineering #DevOps #CloudEngineering #InfrastructureAsCode
