The Rise and Fall of the LEGO Franchise

Proving every naysayer wrong, the LEGO films proved that a movie based on toys could deliver clever storytelling, incredible animation, and a surprising amount of heart. LEGO Batman, in particular, managed to capture the Dark Knight's complicated personality in a way that many live-action adaptations struggle to get right.
