Swing Cast Full - Advanced Flip Tutorial

First off, this is an ADVANCED move! YOU NEED TO HAVE A VERY SOLID FOUNDATION AND UNDERSTANDING OF HOW YOU LEARN, HOW YOU BAIL, AND HOW YOU PROGRESS BEFORE ATTEMPTING THIS MOVE. Lot's of you will be better off drilling swing casts for a while before attempting this, especially if you're really struggling with any piece other than the commitment towards the end! Gonna be making more tutorials on my YouTube channel, if you're here just for movement (not to learn) go check out my Instagram -   / joeyadrian   If I left anything out that you might be struggling on in this move leave a comment and I'll reply asap. Also if you have any other tutorial suggestions let me know! I'll do my best to get them done :D
