Welcome to KSBL where leadership draws from inner core character strength. At the KSBL Orientation, our KSBL Founder and Chairman, Mr Hussain Dawood, welcomed the new students and shared a core belief behind the institution. True leadership requires the development of both competency and character. He emphasized that human development is fundamental to progress and that character begins with speaking the truth first to ourselves. Through truthfulness, we develop trustworthiness and begin a journey of personal growth that shapes not only the professionals we become but the people we are. As our new students begin their journey at KSBL.
