The atelier and showroom of Brand van Egmond are situated in the historic town of Naarden, right outside Amsterdam. Designed by William Brand himself – who graduated as an architect and sculptor– the minimalist and transparent building offers its visitors a venue with subtle surprises and beautiful contrasts. Architects, designers and clients from around the world visit the enigmatic building in black. Many collections are permanently on display, and several customised lighting sculptures can often be seen here as well.
