Teddy Blessing: The skills young Africans need to succeed in a global market

What does it take to build a successful career in today’s fast-changing world? On The Upgrade Seat, Teddy Blessing shares her journey from being an introvert to becoming a career mentor, professional host and entrepreneur helping young professionals across Africa navigate their careers. She discusses AI and the future of work, personal branding, visibility, technical skills, relationships, problem-solving, mentorship and the importance of knowing your “why.” She also explains how she uses AI in about 90% of her workflow while focusing her own energy on strategy, experience and problem-solving. Teddy also opens up about leaving Nigeria, moving to Rwanda, starting over in a new environment and why stepping outside your comfort zone can be part of finding your purpose. #TheUpgradeSeat #TeddyBlessing #CareerGrowth #AI #FutureOfWork #PersonalBranding #YoungProfessionals #Mentorship #CareerDevelopment #Rwanda #Africa #Entrepreneurship #ProfessionalDevelopment
