#3 MOD Amalgam in 7.5 mins

This was a quick preparation on #3 Kilgore to enable the student to make a gold onlay preparation where this would be used for retention. The ideal prep shown here was to be enlarged to compromise some cusps so that an onlay would be the appropriate restorative method. But this video shows both the MO and DO preparations for the upper molar, with the slightly different approach that is required for each.
