Mint Ice Cream from fresh Mint Leaves

Hot summer days are here. Like any summer, I have a lot of mint leaves growing outside. What is better than making some refreshing mint ice cream! Let's roll up your sleeves and make some delicious ice cream! Ingredients: -Whipping Cream 400mL/ 1.7 cup -Condensed Milk 230mL/ 1 cup (Use 3/4 cup if you do not want too much sweetness) -Milk 100 mL / 0.4 cup -Dark Chocolate Bar (I used cheese grater to grate it down) -Fresh Mint Leaves (I used a handful, please use the amount to your liking) -Optional: food coloring gel As always, thank you guys for watching!
