How to make a mobile display for selling your products on the go! I’m making a mobile sales display for my Suncatcher’s and sharing exactly how I made it. I’ve been thinking about making this mobile display project for quite a while and it’s finally time to share how I put it all together. Sales displays are very important and give the customer the opportunity to see what you make. Setting up the perfect display can increase sales and communication with customers. I’ve gathered many things through the years of setting up for street fairs, farmers markets and making product displays. This specific cart is capable of climbing curbs making it a smoother ride for my delicate products. It’s called a “Climb Cart” and I purchased it at a thrift store a few years ago. You could google it if you’re interested in more information. The display board is a tripod shape and has a fabric lining that helps hold the hooks from being pulled off. It was also found and purchased at a thrift store. You may be able to locate something similar online. I make sure to hang the hooks with a pattern like design to enhance the look of the products. This step is the most effective way to catch the eye of your customers. Selling to the public can be fun and can be done anywhere! Make sure you don’t forget that some cities will require a vendor’s license to sell on the streets. Call your city council and ask what you need to do. Starting somewhere and paying for the license will open up the ability to sell in creative ways.
