GT5 Vettel Monza Glitch cheat tutorial

Annotated version of the excellent glitch for getting Gold on the Vettel challenge. Thought I'd share my findings after spending many frustrating hours trying to nail this sucker. Bronze just about gave me RSI, so there was no way I was going to attempt gold the proper way.
