Tom Dampening| Moongel placement

Today I wanted to experiment with different placements of my tom dampening. I use room moon gels on tour and in the studio but really wanted to see if WHERE you place the moongel makes a tangible difference. I tried a variety of places that are probably the most common just to hear the difference. Can you hear the difference? NOTE: I didn't use any EQ or Compression, this is just the raw audio from the microphone. (I am using the Audi d2 which has a touch of "pre-EQ" but I didn't put any processing on it otherwise).
