2026年10月1日、紅葉の見頃を迎えた長野県・中央アルプスの「千畳敷カール」へ、大人の秋旅に出かけました🍁 標高2,612m。 ロープウェイで一気に雲上の世界へ向かう千畳敷カールは、秋になるとダケカンバの黄色やナナカマドの赤、ハイマツの緑が美しい紅葉の名所です。 今回は、2026年10月1日の実際の混雑状況やアクセスの様子も、これから訪れる方の参考になるように記録しました。 朝は6時30分頃に菅の台周辺へ到着。 臨時バスを含めて、なんと私たちは3台目でした。 紅葉シーズン真っ只中ということで混雑を覚悟していましたが、実際のロープウェイの待ち時間は約30分程度。 千畳敷カールに到着してからは、遊歩道を歩きながら紅葉と中央アルプスの絶景をゆっくり楽しむことができ、ロープウェイ以外では大きな混雑を感じることなく過ごせました。 そして、これから千畳敷カールへ行かれる方にぜひ知っていただきたいのがWebチケット。 中央アルプス観光の公式案内では、ロープウェイと路線バスの乗車券をWebで購入でき、利用日当日まで無料キャンセルが可能です。急な天候の変化や予定変更にも対応しやすいので、紅葉シーズンのお出かけには便利な方法です。 ※千畳敷周辺は電波環境が弱いため、購入したチケットは事前にスクリーンショットまたはダウンロードしておくことが公式に案内されています。 千畳敷カールを楽しんだ後は、駒ヶ根市の名刹光前寺へ。 ここには、約700年前から伝わる「霊犬・早太郎伝説」が残されています。 光前寺で飼われていた強い山犬・早太郎が、遠州府中（現在の静岡県磐田市）へ赴き、村人を苦しめていた怪物を退治したという伝説。 現在も光前寺には早太郎のお墓が残されています。 絶景の千畳敷カールから、静かに歴史を感じる光前寺へ。 今回は、そんな秋の信州をめぐる大人の癒し旅をお届けします。 これから千畳敷カールへ行かれる方の、少しでも参考になれば嬉しいです☺️ Join us on an autumn journey to Senjojiki Cirque in the Central Alps of Nagano, Japan, visited on October 1, 2026. Located at an elevation of 2,612 meters, Senjojiki Cirque is one of Nagano’s spectacular autumn foliage destinations, featuring golden birch trees, red rowan leaves, and the deep green of Japanese stone pine. In this video, we share our actual experience of visiting during the autumn foliage season, including the morning arrival, bus and ropeway waiting times, and the overall crowd conditions. We arrived at around 6:30 a.m. and were approximately the third bus, including temporary buses. The ropeway waiting time was about 30 minutes, while we were able to enjoy Senjojiki Cirque without significant crowds after arriving. We also introduce the convenience of the official online ticket system, which allows tickets for the ropeway and local bus to be purchased online. According to the official information, tickets can be cancelled free of charge up until the day of use. After enjoying the autumn scenery of Senjojiki Cirque, we visited Kozenji Temple, famous for the legendary spirit dog “Hayataro.” The legend tells of a powerful mountain dog named Hayataro who lived at Kozenji Temple about 700 years ago and defeated a monster that had been terrorizing villagers in what is now Iwata City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
