Kong ZR1 ported blower, Can we make more horsepower on pump gas?!

I install the throttle body, cold air, and new belt and head to the dyno with the ZR-1 unfortunately pump gas was the only fuel available, so can i make 100 more hp than the previous race gas pull on a stock unported blower?
