HOW TO SEt UP THE BLX2202CW

BLX series is a flatbed, 2 needle, bottom cover stitch machine for belt loop making with front knives. It is a new model which has further improvement of B2000C. New features are; ① The support (front) presser foot is independent against main presser foot, so that it is easily detouched and also it has a stopping function to keep at lifting position. Therefore, it is extremely easy for the positioning of folder when starting to sew. ② Equipped with new adjusting dial of lower knives. Both spring pressure of right and left lower knives can be equally adjusted by this dial. ③ Adjusting knob enables you to ne-tune the cutter easily and produce belt loops from 8mm up to 20mm. For the width over 16mm, the special wide needle plate and feed dog are available.
