It Started So Well… Then Everything Slowed Down. Another attempt at the Very Long Shadows of Doubt speedrun record — and this one started with a lot of promise. The run was moving quickly and looked like it could finally challenge the 5:06:00 world record. Unfortunately, things started slowing down as the run went on. What began as a strong attempt gradually turned into a 6 hour and 22 minute marathon before finally coming to an end. It's frustrating to put that much time into a run, especially after such a strong start, but that's the reality of Shadows of Doubt speedrunning.
