Super Vanilla World RetroAchievements

Interesting little hack, but the deathless achievement was pretty scary. Almost got it on my first playthrough, but I couldn't figure out ghost house in world 2 fast enough before the time ran out and I had another death at the very end. Most of the game isn't that hard, but world 3 felt quite scary. I had no confidence with 3-2, so once I got past it I got really nervous, but luckily for once I didn't choke the very end.
