Shepherded by Design -Built Together: A Call to Seek God’s Design

The goal of this final message is not to declare a decision but to invite discernment. After exploring God’s pattern for leadership and the biblical partnership of elders and deacons, we pause to listen together. Christ, the Chief Shepherd, is still leading His church. As we prayerfully consider adopting an elder-led model, our focus is not on structure alone but on surrender — asking, “Lord, how would You have us be led?” This week casts the vision for what comes next: a season of prayer, dialogue, and unified discernment that will culminate in a church-wide vote. The emphasis is participation, humility, and shared pursuit of God’s will.
