I was super excited about the bike, but the showroom experience was completely different. From the ₹2 lakhs cash payment issue, unexpected payment problems, being asked to arrange an additional ₹20,000, and waiting at the showroom from around 10 AM to 8 PM, this delivery turned into a very frustrating experience. I also had an issue regarding the PDI charges and the complimentary helmet that was discussed during the booking.
