This segment includes 2 more turnsaves, in Chapter 14 and Chapter 16. These have implications that ripple out into the rest of the run.
The Western Isles arc is the commercial break of the LTC, giving us a chance to farm EXP on our array of growth units, with Saul in particular growing 10 levels during one map.
To save a turn in Chapter 14, we need to break out the Warp staff, which requires grabbing it a turn earlier, and also having Saul be ready to use it sooner, so we added in a couple of staff uses across Chapter 12 and Chapter 12x. This lets Saul hit A staves on turn 1 of Chapter 14. We also need to grab the Torch from Chapter 12x, since we can't visit the shops that sell it before Chapter 14 at LTC pace. To 2-turn the map, we want to Warp in our bosskiller(Shanna) and Roy, and while Shanna can expose Roy's Warp drop point, revealing Shanna's requires Thea to use the torch. Miledy flies out to grab the Warp. We do still grab the Speedwings, Talisman, Boots and Silver card, but have to give up on the Silver Blade and Guiding Ring. The latter in particular means Lilina cannot promote for a while.
Something that I tried to make happen was the Cecilia/Lilina C support, since it gives our plucky anima mage an extra point of attack, which could have helped ease her more intense benchmark(relevant due to her delayed promotion), but it ends up not being necessary, so you could route that out.
Chapter 16 is the next site of a turnsave. We can save a turn by applying just one more Warp, and taking advantage of Hugh's AI - he beelines towards Roy specifically if he doesn't have anyone to attack. We need to Warp in Roy and Miledy carrying Sue on turn 1, and then Warp in a bosskiller carrying Lalum on turn 2 so that Roy can be danced to seize on turn 3. Our bosskiller needs some really good stats since they need to 1-round Narcian. If we had maxrolled Perceval and minrolled Narcian he could just barely do this job, but we'd rather send him off to grind sword rank for eventual Durandal access, and instead call on Alen who has built up massive stats. We Warp in a unit to grab the Rescue staff(sadly we cannot get to any of the other treasure in a 3-turn, including the Berserk and the Bolting).
Of course, since we've spent 3 extra Warp uses over the old run already, we will need to pay a price later...
