A pine forest after midnight. Crickets in every direction, wind moving slowly through the branches, and an owl calling somewhere out past the treeline. Eight hours, no talking, no music.
Best used for:
• Falling asleep and staying asleep through the night
• Blocking traffic, neighbours, and household noise
• Studying, reading, or long stretches of focused work
• Quieting anxiety at the end of the day
Set the volume low. This was mastered quietly on purpose so it sits underneath your thoughts rather than over them.

ABOUT THIS SOUNDSCAPE
The audio is an original mix built from five separate night recordings — close crickets, a late-night insect chorus, distant crickets across a field, night air, and wind through pine. Rather than looping them, each recording was broken into short pieces and rebuilt into a much longer arrangement, then layered at five different lengths that never realign. The owl is placed sparsely and never falls at the same interval twice.
The result runs the full eight hours without repeating itself once.
If this one helped you sleep, leave a comment and tell me what to record next.

⚠️ PLEASE LISTEN SAFELY
Keep the volume low, especially with headphones or anywhere near children. If you can't hold a conversation over the sound without raising your voice, it's too loud.
These recordings are for relaxation and background listening only. They are not a treatment for insomnia, tinnitus, anxiety, or any sleep disorder. If you have ongoing trouble sleeping, please speak with your doctor.
