WALTER IMS ADVANCED in HELITRONIC TOOL STUDIO

In this screencast, we show you the functionality of IMS ADVANCED in our software HELITRONIC TOOL STUDIO. IMS (Integrated Measuring System) ADVANCED is used to measure various tool parameters directly in the grinding machine after producing the tool. If the measured value is outside the defined tolerance, the grinding wheel data is corrected so, that the value is again within the tolerance for the next workpiece. With HELITRONIC TOOL STUDIO version 3.4 the range of functions of IMS ADVANCED has been considerably extended.
