A Closer Look at the Boston Avenue UMC Organ

Take a closer look at the organ at Boston Avenue UMC as our organist, Evan Anderson, introduces some of the features and elements of the organ console. Rebuilt in 2017 by the Foley-Baker Company, the instrument features four manuals, 76 ranks, 63 stops, and 4,355 pipes. Combining refurbished Möller pipes with new ranks, the organ offers a rich range of tonal colors, from foundational sounds to distinctive solo voices. Join us for a closer look at the instrument and the many possibilities it brings to worship and music at Boston Avenue UMC.
