Lilywood Suburb Construction Update – August 2026 – Drone 4K This 4K drone footage captures the latest construction progress across the rapidly growing suburb of Lilywood during August 2026. As part of the wider Caboolture West (Waraba) master-planned city, Lilywood continues to transform with new homes, roads, infrastructure and community facilities taking shape each month. Lilywood is one of five new suburbs being developed within this major growth corridor, alongside: • Waraba • Wagtail Grove • Greenstone • Corymbia Together, these new suburbs will deliver thousands of homes, schools, retail centres, parks, employment opportunities and community facilities over the coming years. August 2026 Construction Highlights Residential Estates Lilywood Landings Lilywood Landings continues to be the busiest construction area within Lilywood, with lots more homes and roads now taking shape throughout the estate. The biggest update this month is the release of Stage 13, the first land release in the new River Bend precinct. River Bend will be positioned close to the future river parklands and around 30km of planned walking and cycling paths. There has also been exciting news regarding the childcare centre. Lilywood Landings has confirmed Little Locals will operate the new centre, with construction expected to commence shortly and the first children expected in the second half of 2027. Aire Lilywood Aire Lilywood continues to progress, with more homes and roads being constructed throughout the estate. Stages 1, 2 and 3 remain sold out, while Stage 4 continues to have available lots. Stage 5 is expected to be released in the future. Aire Riverside Civil works continue across Aire Riverside, with roads, underground services and electrical infrastructure progressing. The first two stages remain sold out, while Stage 3 still has several blocks available, including larger lots. Houses have not yet started construction, but the ongoing civil works are bringing the estate closer to this stage. Westbrook Lilywood Westbrook Lilywood has still not officially released Stage 1, however, a lot of work is now happening across the estate. Large numbers of trucks are moving dirt and clearing areas for future roads on both the Caboolture River and Caboolture River Road sides of the development. Pipes and what appears to be electrical infrastructure are also being installed. With the significant increase in activity, I think we could see the first Stage 1 release towards the end of 2026 or into early 2027. Vantage Lilywood Construction continues throughout Vantage Lilywood, with many more homes now taking shape. Work around the future clubhouse is progressing, while the main entrance is also becoming established with gates and entry infrastructure. After walking through the retirement community, I also noticed CCTV, security gates and an intercom system have been installed. More trees, landscaping and seating areas have also been added along Vantage Boulevard. Community Infrastructure Coles Shopping Centre Construction continues on the future Coles shopping centre on Craig Road, which connects with Lilywood Boulevard. More detailed progress can be found in my dedicated Coles construction update. 7-Eleven The future 7-Eleven is also progressing and is expected to open in the coming months. A separate video covering the development is available on the channel. Looking Back This is the seventh Lilywood construction update featured on the channel, following previous updates in February, March, April, May, June and July 2026. Every month brings noticeable changes, with new homes, roads, landscaping and infrastructure continuing to transform the suburb.
