Join us as we capture the stunning arrival and departure of the MV COHO, a vital passenger and vehicle ferry operated by Black Ball Ferry Line. Connecting Victoria, British Columbia, and Port Angeles, Washington, the COHO carries a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and bicycles. With daily round trips that take about 90 minutes, this iconic vessel traverses 37 kilometers (20 nautical miles) across the beautiful waters of the Pacific Northwest. Designed by Philip F. Spaulding & Associates and entering service in 1959, the COHO is named after the coho salmon, a hallmark of the region.
