On this ride go up one of Blount County's most notorious climbs. Butterfly Gap is not to be taken likely. Most of the 3 mile climb is in double digits, with several false summits. Don't stop until you go under the Parkway, and even then don't stop until you see the parking lot on the Parkway on your right. It's hard. You should do it. Have fun!
