Eating every section of a 1m Sydney Kingfish ( Catch & Cook )

In this video, I film, prepare and cook every section of a 1m Sydney Kingfish, from barbecuing the head for fish cakes to raw dishes such as Japanese nigiri and ceviche. I demonstrate the filleting and preparing process, whilst also sharing some basic Kingfish dishes thats great to feed numbers of family and friends.
