Lite Feet Dance: Hip hop and community building in NYC

W.A.F.F.L.E (We Are Family For Life Entertainment) is a dance crew that has been instrumental in the spread of Lite Feet dance (a style of hip-hop dance). From dancing in the subway, the crew has gained notoriety and now regularly dances at formal gigs and were recently featured on ABC's The View. For Common Hour the crew will share the experience of dancing in NYC and the importance of dance in their lives. For many dancers, Lite Feet has been a critical means of escaping the violence and building positive relationships.
