Building CRA Compliance through Horizontal Cybersecurity Standards The Cyprus Organisation for Standardisation (CYS) with the support of the Commissioner of Communications – Digital Security Authority (DSA) organised the conference “Building CRA Compliance through Horizontal Cybersecurity Standards”, bringing together European and national authorities, standardisation experts, industry representatives and cybersecurity professionals. The event explored the implementation of the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), the role of European horizontal cybersecurity standards in supporting compliance, and the practical challenges facing manufacturers, economic operators and authorities as Europe moves towards stronger cybersecurity requirements for products with digital elements. The conference also highlighted the importance of cooperation between standardisation bodies, regulators and industry in strengthening Europe’s digital resilience.
