Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train: महाराष्ट्र में 1,405 टन का Steel Bridge तैयार! | Bullet Train Project Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train Project: महाराष्ट्र में Bullet Train project ने एक बड़ा construction milestone हासिल किया है। Bhiwandi के Dive-Anjur गांव के पास Nashik Highway (NH-3) पर 100 मीटर लंबा और 1,405 metric tonne वजनी steel bridge सफलतापूर्वक launch किया गया है। यह Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train corridor के लिए महाराष्ट्र में पूरा किया गया पहला steel bridge है। इस bridge की सबसे खास बात यह है कि इसे Trichy, Tamil Nadu की workshop में तैयार किया गया, जो launch site से लगभग 1,300 किलोमीटर दूर है। इसके components trailers से Maharashtra लाए गए और site पर assemble करके bridge को final position में launch किया गया। Bridge को temporary trestles पर करीब 17.5 मीटर की ऊंचाई पर assemble किया गया। इसमें 54,076 high-strength bolts, 22 skid arrangements और 150-ton capacity वाले दो hollow jacks का इस्तेमाल किया गया। Steel के production batches की Ultrasonic Testing (UT) भी की गई। इस पूरे Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train corridor पर 28 steel bridges planned हैं, जिनमें 16 अब तक complete हो चुके हैं। ये bridges highways, expressways, rivers और railway lines जैसे major crossings को पार करने के लिए इस्तेमाल किए जा रहे हैं। Project करीब 508 किलोमीटर लंबा है और 12 stations planned हैं। Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw ने जुलाई 2026 में project work लगभग 80% complete होने और 2027 में Surat–Bilimora section से service शुरू करने का target बताया था। इसके साथ project में Mumbai के पास 21 km underground section, जिसमें 7 km Thane Creek के नीचे undersea tunnel शामिल है, भी बनाया जा रहा है। इस रिपोर्ट में देखिए 1,405 टन के Steel Bridge की पूरी कहानी 100 मीटर लंबे bridge को कैसे launch किया गया? 1,300 KM दूर Trichy से Maharashtra तक कैसे पहुंचा? 54 हजार से ज्यादा bolts क्यों लगे?
