Nostalgia Spectrum: Mega-Apocalypse

Mega Apocalypse is a multidirectional arcade shoot 'em up published by Martech Games for the ZX Spectrum in early 1988. Heavily inspired by the 1983 arcade game Mad Planets, it tasks players with blasting planetary bodies and bizarre space hazards while managing ship spin and power-ups. This game was renowned for its difficult controls and flaky hit detection which is a shame as it wasn't to bad as shooters go 🤔
