Replacing Faulty Danfoss HSA3 3 port valve Actuator - Hot water but no central heating

The Danfoss HSA3 actuator on our 3 port valve was faulty shown by the hot water coming on but no central heating unless you switched the unit to manual which forced both hot water and heating on at the same time. The Danfoss actuator was getting very hot even when not in use so as well as checking operation it was clearly not working properly. I bought a new HSA actuator which can be bought separately to the valve and only cost me £37 delivered. WARNING! - before doing any work make sure you turn OFF the electricity supply. The video shows how easy it is to remove and replace the 3 port valve actuator mechanism and fit the new actuator wired into the central heating.
