UWS 1 Design: Right Rudder Plug Part 2, Assembly

It is time to make and assemble the parts of the UWS-1 Ultralight Airplane Rudder Plug to be used for creation of the molds for the rudder. In this video we look at printing template shapes. Forming the templates out of plywood and cutting and sanding them. We then move to cutting out the foam blocks that create the bulk of the plug. At the end we assemble the parts and then evaluate the process we used.
