Free AI Image Generators 2026 — I Compared the Free Tiers

Looking for the best free AI image generator in 2026? I compared the free tiers of Leonardo AI, Google Gemini, Microsoft Designer, Ideogram, and Adobe Firefly on their own official pages — real daily limits, watermark rules, and commercial-use fine print, so you can pick the right one without paying for anything. On-screen visuals are simplified AI-generated illustrations for demonstration; actual app interfaces may differ. Free-tier details change often — check each tool's pricing page for the current numbers (verified 19 October 2026). No sponsors — no company paid for placement. This video uses an AI-generated presenter and AI voiceover. 00:00 Stop paying for AI images 00:36 What "free" actually means 01:30 Leonardo AI — 150 tokens a day 02:31 Google Gemini — the hidden free tier 03:41 Microsoft Designer — the volume king 04:51 Ideogram — text that actually reads 06:07 Adobe Firefly — the commercial-safe pick 07:10 The catches they hide 08:23 The verdict — which one for you 09:32 Your move #FreeAITools #AIImageGenerator #LeonardoAI
