Tig Welding CRASH COURSE! The Outside Corner

Today I'm dropping another Tig Welding CRASH COURSE, and I'm gonna show you a demo on the stainless steel outside corner joint:). This one was done with another set of tricky 1/16" (1.6mm) plates, so pretty thin! I used filler rod of the same diameter, and made a couple passes! Turned out ok! (IMO) So grab a cup of coffee, your Tig Torch, and lets party! 1/16" (1.6mm) 304 Stainless steel Base material 1/16" (1.6mm) 316 Filler rod Gas 25 CFH #12 Cup, machine set for 60 amps, (used about 30 on the footpedal.)
