CJP Protest Row: ಸಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಭರ್ಜರಿ ಗೆಲುವು ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ತರಾಟೆ ನವದೆಹಲಿಯ ಜಂತರ್ ಮಂತರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 10 ರಂದು ಕಾಕ್‌ರೋಚ್ ಜನತಾ ಪಾರ್ಟಿ (ಸಿಜೆಪಿ) ಮತ್ತು ಯುವ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಬೃಹತ್ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಗೆ ದೆಹಲಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಅನುಮತಿ ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿದ ಬೆನ್ನಲ್ಲೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮೆಟ್ಟಿಲೇರಿದೆ. ಮುಖ್ಯ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯುಕ್ತರ (ಸಿಇಸಿ) ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾದ ಈ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಗೆ ನಿಗದಿಗಿಂತ ತಡವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾನೂನು ಸುವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಕಾರಣ ನೀಡಿ ದೆಹಲಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಅನುಮತಿ ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಇದನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ವಕೀಲರ ತಂಡ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಕ್ಕುದಾರರು ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ತರ್ತು ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಧಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ತಡೆಗೋಡೆಗಳು, ರೈಲು ಮತ್ತು ಮೆಟ್ರೋ ಸಂಚಾರದ ಮೇಲಿನ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧಗಳನ್ನು ಪೀಠದ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅನುಮತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸುವುದು ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಸರಿಯಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿರುವ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್, ಈ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾನೂನು ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಮತ್ತು ದೆಹಲಿ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ನ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಿ ಆಲಿಕೆ ನಡೆಸಿದೆ. ದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಪಡೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಯೋಜಿಸಿ ಹೈ ಅಲರ್ಟ್ ಘೋಷಿಸಿರುವ ನಡುವೆಯೇ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ನ ಈ ಮಧ್ಯಪ್ರವೇಶ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾನೂನು ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತೀವ್ರ ಕುತೂಹಲ ಮೂಡಿಸಿದೆ.
