Dennis Introduces Himself to Dr. Fletcher | Split

Dennis (James McAvoy) drops the facade and finally reveals himself to Dr. Fletcher (Betty Buckley), turning a simple therapy consultation into a harrowing display of psychological tension. Director M. Night Shyamalan frames the confrontation with total restraint, allowing McAvoy to alter his posture and vocal weight in a single frame to deliver one of the most chilling performances of the decade.
