This is the continuation of my depression story (   • My Depression Story | Incident that change...  ). In this video, I'm detailing all changes I made in my lifestyle, along with my medications. The first month I couldn't think of anything due to the side effects of medications and from next month I slowly started working on a sustainable weight loss, following a healthy diet, and exercising. Now before moving on to anything else, I'm going to continue this routine, until I achieve my health goals. And thus I can be sure, that I'm fit enough to achieve my dreams and goals.
