Today we welcome a guest with an impressive record: Roukaya El Houda studied at Ecole des Ponts, before pursuing a Master in Operations Research and working at Argon&Co in the UK and France, and then at McKinsey&Company in Morocco. She joined Harvard University where she completed her Master in Public Administration and she is now a Research Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School. In this part, Roukaya will share her insights about engineering, consulting, and transitioning from Europe to Morocco and Africa.
