CSX Jacksonville dispatcher has completely lost his mind

Stockton, Ohio Sunday, April 8th, 2018 about 6:55 p.m. . The NS unit covered Hopper train on track two in this video it's just now crossing Seward Road in Stockton. There is a CSX coal train waiting on track to below Crescentville Road. And there is an NS Intermodal in Glendale stuck at the Depot behind the coal train. And it's all because the Jacksonville dispatcher and the people in Queensgate are too stupid to get the local off the track one. Making things worse is the fact that there is a southbound autorack train on track one north of Seward Road waiting for the local to get out of the way. Jacksonville what the hell are you doing?
