► Learn the same system I taught my student Tom in this video - https://saguto.golf/crispy-contact-sy...
=== VIDEO BACKSTORY ===
Tom's been playing golf for over 30 years.
And, in that time, he's been unable to hit his irons.
He's downright afraid of them.
Asking him to hold an iron was like telling him to pick up a poisonous snake.
There was no confidence in his ball striking.
You could see the fear and doubt in his eyes.
Eventually, he threw out his irons and replaced them with an "all hybrid set".
I felt his pain. I bet you'd have the same feeling too if you tried tons of tips with no improvement.
Tom was a complete stranger at the local driving range.
He was 2 hours into a hopeless range session.
You could hear clanky contact... CHUNK... THIN... and grunts and sighs of dissatisfaction:
"Did you REALLY just hit that shot?"
"Man, you are so much better than this."
"I'm done..."
He was completely lost with his game.
It was so bad that he canceled his golf plans for the week.
Now, Tom is a guy who plays at least 3 times a week with his friends. He NEVER cancels his golf plans.
He showed me his phone. Sure enough there was his text in the group chat:
"Hey guys. Can't play this week. My swing is gone. Not sure when it's gonna come back."
His buddies felt it too:
"Ah man, that stinks. We'll miss you out there. Hope to see you back on the course soon."
This really hurt Tom.
It was tough seeing him in so much pain.
Instead of filming my usual YouTube episodes, I asked Tom if he wanted to be on YouTube. This lesson is what happened next.
I told Tom we were starting the lesson with an iron.
He tensed up. The golf PTSD came back in an instant.
"I can't hit my irons. I've never been able to," he said.
Then there was a moment of silence.
"Don't worry Tom. I've seen worse cases than this."
He gave me a wide-eyed look of disbelief while I continued:
"I'm going to evaluate your swing. You'll know the exact reasons why your contact is inconsistent. Then, you'll have a plan to conquer golf ball striking."
This lesson was a challenge for a couple of reasons:
(1) I wasn't just fixing Tom's swing. I had to overcome his long held negative beliefs about hitting irons.
(2) Here's a guy who hasn't touched an iron in years!
He's starting the lesson feeling uncertain and uncomfortable.
Despite these obstacles, Tom "CRISPIED" his very first shot after following my setup and swing process.
That's the moment you see in the photo below.
Not a bad impact position for a 30 handicap, eh?
His face - priceless. Complete joy.
A sense that golf isn't a struggle.
When you work with the right information, it's a process.
I gave Tom a swing system rooted in science.
No guesswork. No fluff.
You take out all the unnecessary timing based moves and work with only the stuff you need. The result is an efficient, powerful swing that's easy on your body.
When you work with a science-based swing, you follow a process that creates results. It's the key to create lasting change in your golf game. Continuous improvement for life.
Watch this lesson to see the exact process Tom followed to go from zero to hero with his irons. This is the same process I use to build ball striking confidence and create radical golf swing transformation with my students.
