We post new CRNA school prep videos every week. 🎯 Free tool: practice with our free AI Mock Interview and answer real CRNA school interview questions out loud before the real thing. https://thecrnaclub.com/free/mock-int... 🎤 Inside The CRNA Club, the AI Mock Interview Lab runs you through the emotional intelligence questions programs ask, then scores your delivery. Start your 7-day trial: https://thecrnaclub.com In this video: You got the interview. Your GPA, your hours, and your CCRN already did their job. So what is the panel still testing? The interview is a vibe check. On paper you are proven. In the room they are watching how you handle pressure, conflict, and your own mistakes, because you will spend the program with these faculty and then stand at the head of a bed with a sleeping patient. Landing the interview is not the finish line. At the schools we track with published numbers, Ohio University interviews 55 of 100 applicants and accepts 25. Kansas interviews 90 of 150 and accepts 36. Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady interviews 115 of 318 and accepts 40. A third to two thirds of interviewed applicants still get cut. Sachi walks through five questions you will get asked. Why do you want to become a CRNA, the one most applicants fumble. How do you manage stress, where "a glass of wine" is the wrong answer. Tell me about a mistake you made, where covering it up ends the interview and disclosing it to your preceptor saves it. Tell me about a time you confronted someone, where your patient is asleep and needs a voice. And what is your greatest weakness, where "slower reader" becomes a story about starting earlier and switching to audiobooks. Answer each in under three minutes. Practice out loud. Do not memorize a script, do not ramble, and do not lead with money. One well-built story covers perseverance, grit, stress management, conflict resolution, leadership, advocacy, and empathy. 🎧 Listen to the full episode: Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast...
