RBI Grade B Topper Interview 2026 | Preparation Strategy By RBI Grade B Officer Exam

In this video, meet Srinjan Bhattacharya, RBI Grade B 2026 achiever, who shares his inspiring journey from a Biotechnology graduate with a master's degree in Molecular Medicine to becoming an RBI Grade B officer. Coming from a non-commerce background, he realised that his chosen field was not the right fit for him and began preparing for banking exams. He joined Central Bank of India through IBPS PO and moved to SBI within just 11 months before eventually achieving his dream of clearing RBI Grade B. His journey was not without setbacks. In 2024, he could not clear Phase 2 due to difficulties with descriptive writing, limited mock test practice, and poor time management. In 2025, he improved his strategy, learned to complete Phase 2 around 15–20 minutes before time, and reached the interview stage but missed final selection. In 2026, his persistence finally paid off as he cleared both the written examination and interview. #rbigradeb #rbigradeb2026 #rbigradebtopper #rbigradebtopperinterview #edutap #rbigradebsuccessstory Download the Complete Guide to RBI Manager (with PYQs): 👉 https://edutap.in/online/e-book-rbi-g...
