We Got LOST in Benidorm’s Mountains! 🇪🇸 Things Went Wrong!

🇪🇸 WE TOOK A WRONG TURN IN BENIDORM… AND THINGS GOT WEIRD! 😱🏴‍☠️ We set off to explore one of Benidorm’s most famous landmarks, but a wrong turn sent us on a completely unexpected adventure! From getting lost in the mountains to discovering an ancient pirate watchtower and a beautiful hidden beach, this was definitely NOT the day we’d planned! 😂 Welcome back to The Wanderers Explore! 👋 It’s our final full day in Benidorm, Spain, and after another eventful night enjoying the famous Benidorm nightlife, there’s only one cure for our hangovers… a massive FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST! 🍳 With stormy skies hanging over the Costa Blanca, we make our way along the beautiful Levante Beach towards Rincón de Loix, where our next adventure begins. Our mission? To reach La Cruz de Benidorm, the famous cross overlooking the resort. Sounds simple, right? WRONG! 😂 Somewhere along the winding mountain roads, we take a wrong turn and find ourselves heading towards something completely unexpected. 🏴‍☠️ TORRE DE LES CALETES — BENIDORM’S PIRATE WATCHTOWER Instead of reaching the cross, we discover the fascinating ruins of a 16th-century coastal watchtower, once used to protect this stretch of the Mediterranean coastline from pirate attacks. But our adventure doesn’t end there! 🏖️ BENIDORM’S HIDDEN BEACH On our way back, we stumble across a stunning little beach tucked away beneath the cliffs. With the sunshine finally making an appearance, we decide to take a refreshing dip in the Mediterranean. What could possibly go wrong?
