While I was on the road in Sweden I noticed a few weird things. For example: Strange slow driving cars that have no license plate but a warning sign at their back. Those vehicles are all over Sweden causing a lot of traffic jams - and obviously there is some kind of a hype about them. But what the heck is that? And what's the story behind those cars?
