Finally made carnitas, my 1st time. This cooking disc is awesome. Did them New Mexico style or La Matanza estilo the recipe is very similar to Michoacan estilo where my late mother is from in Mexico, wished she was still around to see.. this cook is dedicated to her..R.I.P. love & miss ya mom.
